Officially introduced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2019, the upcoming Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot of Bandai Namco has just released two trailers for the story-based RPG. Of course, the game is still action-packed, but gamers playing Goku or some of his companions will able to participate in other gameplay tasks such as fishing to win goku sab jacket. These newly-released previews not only give a glimpse of battling and fishing, but also other activities like completing fun objectives while encountering prehistoric creatures.
Bandai Namco tagged the first trailer as a “Story Teaser” for it exhibits a player playing as a Goku, flying in the sky ensuing a path highlighting the game’s iconic symbol. Then, Bulma instructs both Goku and Piccolo to head to a waterfall where they can catch some fish. For those who are Dragon Ball Z avid fans, they probably saw Goku fishing using his tail, that was when he is still a kid when he had a tail attached to him. But now he’s all grown up, fans and gamers still love to see his tail and use it for fishing. Akira Toriyama, the Dragon Ball originator has previously stated that Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot would tackle backstories that haven’t been mention in the manga series, so maybe the game will give explanation according with Goku’s strange tool for fishing.
The second trailer is likely more Dragon Ball Z followers familiar with it compared to the other one. It shows Goku flying around to locate Raditz to save his son, Gohan. This is also one of the main missions that players should complete. Once Goku chooses to find his evil brother and leave fishing behind, you’ll witness both of them fighting with each other with the in-tune use of song and lines from their fight.
Though these teasers only last for only 30 secs. each, they were able to provide fans and gamers a glimpse of the game’s overall appearance.
When it comes to the game’s fighting mechanics, the creators have earlier showcased a brief combat sequence showing an opening clash in in the game. Most likely, the fight between Goku and Raditz will be one of the primary most important encounters in this looming game, allowing gamers to see a hint of how superior fights work in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. In addition, earlier this year, Bandai Namco announced that aside from Goku players can also play as other Dragon Ball Z characters such as Vegeta, Piccolo and Gohan.
According to Bandai Namco, the Goku vs Raditz battle teaser is called as the “Battle Teaser #1”. Hopefully, this is an indication that there will be #2, #3, and more to come of short previews similar to this one and to the other one since Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot still needs some time before it’s fully available for the public. So, there is still an abundant time for more teasers.
Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is projected to be released on early 2020 and will be available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms. So, if you’re a long time Dragon Ball Z fan and gamer, you should definitely watch out for this one.
