Described as "The finest small museum in the West," the Mariposa Museum & History center offers self guided and pre-arranged guided tours of original documents, artifacts, and art work. Among the attractions are: typical one room miners cabin, a stamp mill, a traditional Miwuk bark house, and a pre-Civil War Temperance Hall. |
